Journal writing is a powerful tool that can be used in conjunction with other therapies, as an integral part of the overall therapeutic process or even as a therapy in itself.
Writing can help process difficult emotions bringing clarity and understanding, it can be cathartic and can help us to connect with the deeper aspects of ourself.
Therapeutic writing, individual sessions
If you would like to explore therapeutic writing, I can offer you an initial session via Zoom with follow up sessions via email or Zoom. I will introduce you to various writing techniques using free writing and structured writing tailored to meet your individual needs. You will write between sessions and you will have an opportunity to share and reflect on your writing process.

Writing for Wellbeing courses
I also offer a short course on 'Writing for Wellbeing'. The course consists of 4 weekly sessions where you will be introduced to a variety of writing techniques and will have plenty of opportunity to write and share within the session and further develop your writing at home.
