Mindfulness is quite simply being present in the moment for ourselves
and in our relationships with others.
Mindfulness strategies help us to make use of all of our senses,
allowing an increased awareness of ourselves, our emotions and our thoughts.
Mindfulness can be as simple as focusing on our breath.
Mindfulness practice can help children, teenagers and adults to
manage stress and anxiety, become more grounded and focused,
improve sleep and become more successful in the negotiation of
interactions with others.
